Unfortunately not. We are an appointment-only based salon. We are happy to always be welcoming new clientele and would love to connect with you!

Our stylists range from New Talent-Junior-Senior-Master. The level of stylists is based solely on years of experience and their pricing reflects that. We would never book an appointment with a stylist whom we did not see for your personal hair needs.

We will always try our best to accommodate you, things happen, we understand! However, your tardiness can affect our ability to complete your full service. We allow for a 10 minute grace period. Anything past that may result in an adjustment of your service.

We ask that if you will be running behind, to please notify us via text message. Thank you!

While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued guests as efficiently and effectively as possible.

24-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Our text confirmations are delivered 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, and not confirming through the text reminder does not constitute a cancellation.

Please contact the salon by text or email to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment, the guest may be charged for 50% of the full price of the missed service prior to scheduling their next service.
